WHAT STYLE OF YOGA IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
While in all our classes we introduce strength, flexibility and balance, the PACES are different: Gentle and Rest This is a class focused on relaxation. We begin the class with some slow, gentle stretches and mindful movements, then we rest the body and mind in supported yoga poses, followed by breathing exercises before finding stillness in Savasana. Alignment based Hatha Yoga This is a class perfect for beginners and those wishing to learn alignment and use of props in yoga practice. Find strength and stillness in the power of holding poses. Perfect for beginners. Yoga Flow Slightly faster paced, it's a class dedicated to strength and mobility. Occasionally more challenging poses are added to include variety. Modifications will be offered to beginners ;) Chair Yoga - this is yoga postures that's practiced on chairs. Suitable for those who have injuries and the elderly.
