One thing we can reassure from this pandemic is how closely interrelated we are with each other, #oneness. By protecting others, we are protecting ourselves and vice versa.😇
I therefore would like to ask all members of the studio, old or new, to observe a protocol for our yoga studio: 1. Stay at home if you are unwell of have flu symptoms (and I will do the same!)😷 2. Stay at home if you have just returned from an overseas trip for at least 14 days. 3. Bring your own mat and sanitize it frequently. 4. Wash or sanitize your hands before and after class.👐 5. Remember to sneeze into your upper arms or tissue should you need to - followed by washing your hand. 6. You are welcome to wear a mask if you feel the need to. 🤧 Remember there's no need to panic; stay positive and healthy in mind, body and spirit to raise our vibrations. We are all in this together! 🙏🧘♀️ #COVID19 #CORONAVIRUS #yogastudioprotocol #onenessyogastudio #yogadurban |
